Grey’s Anatomy Guest Stars Signed For Season Finale

According to Entertainment Weekly, Shonda Rhimes has signed Everwood’s Debra Mooney and Gilmore Girls’
Liza Weil to guest star in the show’s two-hour Season Five finale May 14. Debra Mooney will play mom to Kevin McKidd’s emotionally tormented Maj. Dr. Owen Hunt, while Liza Weil will appear as a cancer patient who crosses paths with Dr. Izzie Stevens.

Interestingly, Weil has ties to Shonda Rhimes’ other hot show, Private Practice; which happens to star her real-life husband Paul Adelstein (Cooper). So she should fit right in!
